Material composition: It is based on high molecular polymer and is formed in one piece by extrusion molding process. The hollow honeycomb structure design is adopted internally. Some high-end products will be compounded with reinforcing materials such as glass fiber and carbon fiber to significantly improve the compression, impact resistance and weather resistance of the template.

Specifications and dimensions: It provides a variety of standard specifications, covering different lengths, widths and thickness parameters, which can be flexibly adapted to various construction engineering needs. It supports customized cutting and processing services, and cuts through high-precision CNC equipment to ensure dimensional accuracy, effectively reduce material loss, and improve construction efficiency.

Connection method: The patented quick-install buckle system or high-strength bolt connector is used to realize the rapid splicing and assembly of the template. The unique bite structure and sealing strip design ensure that the joints are tightly fitted, eliminate the leakage problem during the concrete pouring process from the root, and ensure the molding quality.

Surface treatment: After no-coating treatment and mirror polishing process, the template surface reaches micron-level flatness, forming a dense and smooth protective layer. This special surface not only makes the surface of the concrete component as smooth as a mirror after forming, but also greatly reduces the friction coefficient of moulding. When used with a special moulding agent, it can be easily molded and reduce template loss.
